If 50 First Dates 2 (2025) does indeed get made, it could continue the humorous and romantic story between Henry (Adam Sandler) and Lucy (Drew Barrymore), but with some new situations that will bring out the laughs. Here are some funny situations that I can imagine in the sequel:

1. Lucy Forgets Again But… More Creatively!
Instead of just forgetting Henry every morning, this time Lucy may have to “choose” – one day she remembers Henry is her husband, the next day she thinks he’s just a hospital employee, or another day she thinks he’s a strange servant! Henry has to adapt every day.

One morning, Lucy wakes up and is sure that she is a secret agent and Henry is a traitor spy! She spends the whole day “capturing” him in extremely funny ways.
2. The Tapes Get Rid of More and More
In the first season, Henry used video tapes to help Lucy remember things every morning. In season 2, he might get more creative, like making TikTok videos, funny vlogs, and even rap videos for Lucy to watch every morning.
One day Henry forgets to make a video, and Lucy comes up with a completely different scenario—she thinks she’s a pop star, and Henry is a greedy manager who’s taking advantage of her!

3. The Old Friends Join

4. Henry Gets Trolled by Lucy
One day Lucy doesn’t forget anything, but she pretends to test Henry—she pretends to meet him for the first time, forcing Henry to repeat the flirting all over again.
Another time, Lucy wakes up believing she’s an alien and tries to “get back to her planet,” forcing Henry to pretend to be the scientist studying her.
