Dubai Police Adds Ultra-Luxury Rolls-Royce Cullinan Mansory to Its Fleet

Dubai’s renowned police force has once again made headlines by welcoming its second Mansory-tuned Rolls-Royce Cullinan SUV into service.
During the 2025 Arabian Travel Market held at the Dubai World Trade Centre, Kourosh Mansory, founder of the famous tuning company Mansory, officially handed over the Rolls-Royce Cullinan Mansory Widebody to the Dubai Police force.

Major General Al Jallaf, Director of the Tourism Police Department, praised the collaboration with Mansory, emphasizing that adding such elite vehicles strengthens the police’s presence at key tourist destinations across Dubai.
“We are proud to mark our second collaboration with Dubai Police,” said Kourosh Mansory. “This latest Rolls-Royce Cullinan is a bespoke model designed exclusively for the Dubai Police, reflecting our commitment to innovation, excellence, and leadership in the automotive world.”

The Cullinan Mansory Widebody is based on Mansory’s distinctive Widebody package, featuring bold aerodynamic upgrades made from forged carbon fiber and aggressive design cuts that enhance its sporty look. Inside, the cabin has been completely refreshed with premium white leather, accented by contrasting blue touches on the steering wheel, headrests, and door panels. Carbon fiber trim with Mansory logos completes the luxurious interior.
Under the hood, the Rolls-Royce Cullinan originally comes with a 6.75L twin-turbocharged V12 engine producing 571 hp—or 600 hp in the Black Badge version—paired with an 8-speed automatic transmission and all-wheel drive. However, Mansory has further enhanced this model’s power, boosting it to 610 hp and 950 Nm of torque. This allows the SUV to accelerate from 0-100 km/h in just 5.2 seconds, with a top speed of 280 km/h.

Mansory previously donated another standout vehicle to the Dubai Police fleet—the Mercedes-AMG G 63 Mansory P720. In recent years, Dubai’s police force has expanded its patrol and community engagement fleet with a variety of high-performance and electric models, including the Audi RS Q8, Lamborghini Urus Performante, McLaren Artura, Tesla Cybertruck, Lotus Eletre, and Lucid Air.
The Rolls-Royce Cullinan Mansory is estimated to be priced between $700,000 and $800,000 , while the Mansory-tuned G 63 comes in at over $460,000.

With each new addition, Dubai Police continues to reinforce its reputation as having one of the most impressive law enforcement fleets in the world.
